Are you planning your summer getaway? Securing a high-quality watch beforehand is a smart move, especially a diver’s model. With holidays on the horizon, it’s prudent to order your watch early due to shipping times, and recent disruptions have slowed down production from watch factories. There are no major updates in the watch market currently. Brands like AR and Noob are unlikely to return, partly because they have made significant profits already and partly because other brands such as Clean, GM, and BT have captured their market share. Even if Noob were to return, competing against Clean would be challenging.

Design and Build Quality
Today, let’s discuss a new release from GF. This brand has experienced some setbacks but is known for producing quality pieces like the popular Breitling Avenger from GM and excellent Cartier Santos models. This new green Blancpain Fifty Fathoms is a fresh addition. A year ago, GF released a full ceramic version, and now they have introduced a stainless steel variant of the Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe limited edition.

Movement and Features
The stainless steel Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe boasts a classic aesthetic. Its case is crafted from 316L stainless steel with a brushed finish. It measures 43mm across and has a thickness of 13.5mm. The bezel features a green ceramic insert. Compared to the traditional Fifty Fathoms, I find this Bathyscaphe limited edition more appealing. The green dial presents a gradient effect; it appears green at the center and darkens towards the edges, reflecting the deep ocean theme of the watch.

Color and Dial Details
This isn't the first watch to feature a gradient dial. While there might be slight color variations compared to the genuine version, these differences are minimal in high-end watches. Much like the DEEPSEA D-Blue, with its popular blue/black dial, this style has proven to be very successful, even emerging as one of the best-selling Rolexs for some time.

The watch comes with a green nylon strap, and GF includes a complimentary pair of green rubber straps.

Emerging Models and Market Insights
Lastly, some updates on new models in the market. APS plans to introduce two new Glashutte models and four Drive de Cartier watches. Known for their excellent replicas of the AP 15400 and 15500, APS also maintains a strong collaboration with ZF. The movement in ZF's 15400 was actually developed by APS.
Additionally, BBR factory will release two new Richard Mille watches, available in black and white, both crafted from genuine ceramic materials.
