Initially, I believed this gold coating might scratch easily with everyday wear. However, I realized that if something appeals to you, it's worth acquiring regardless of these concerns. Passing up a watch you desire can lead to regret. Design and Appeal
The Daytona from Noob is impressive, standing as one of the finest quality imitation watches available. Many who purchase the Noob Daytona find it to be a satisfying choice. This particular yellow gold Daytona also hails from Noob. While initially, golden watches, especially golden Rolex models, didn't appeal to me, some golden Daytona models, including this one, have a certain allure. It doesn't shine as brightly or prominently as golden Datejust or Day-Date models. Alongside its golden hue, the watch's three subdials and chronograph feature draw attention.
Durability of the Gold Coating
The gold coating on this Daytona isn't excessively thick, but it is durable, resisting fading over time. I have a customer who frequently buys golden watches and maintains them well, ensuring they appear like new. Even if, after years, the gold coating wears off and the watch loses its appeal, you have the option to send it back to me for re-plating.
Dial and Chronograph Functionality
The dial's color is stunning and a key reason I chose to review this golden Daytona. The use of red enhances the dial, preventing it from appearing monotonous. A black small seconds hand operates on the subdial at 6 o'clock, while the other two small dials display minute and hour chronograph measurements. A vibrant red large hand engages when the 2:00 button is pressed.
Movement and Reliability
Similar to other Daytona models from Noob factory, this golden version is equipped with their SA4130 movement. It is regarded as the finest and most aesthetically pleasing clone 4130 movement on the market, known for its reliability and stability in Daytona reproductions.
