Just last weekend, I learned that VS Factory made a significant enhancement to their 40mm Submariner Green Hulk 116610LV. The enhancement involves their bezel, now featuring the latest green ceramic bezel from Clean, with markers that exhibit a bright silver hue, closely resembling the platinum tone of the authentic piece. With this change, VS asserts that their Green Hulk Submariner 116610LV is the top option in the market, even superior to Clean's version. However, I disagree; while the 41mm Submariner options by VS Factory are leading in the market, their 40mm Submariner, especially the Green Hulk 116610LV, cannot be deemed the best. It raises the question of whether Clean would truly supply their latest bezel to a competitor like VS.
Value Assessment
The latest exciting release comes from APS Factory with their V3 edition of the Royal Oak 15400 model, available in black, gray, white, and blue dials. APS holds a distinct edge with their super clone 3120 movement, a significant improvement not merely based on the Miyota 9015. The V3 edition also boasts enhancements in the case and bracelet's finish, with superior polishing and brushing. The hand set's axis has been upgraded to a solid structure. As the V3 enters the market, the question remains whether it surpasses the ZF 15400. Personally, I believe the APS 15400 will eventually become the market leader.
