Market Trends and Challenges
It's been a while since new Rolex replicas have emerged from our market, largely due to increased enforcement actions impacting the watch industry. The next couple of years may present difficulties, but given the constant and substantial demand for such timepieces, solutions will likely arise. The latest Rolex I'm reviewing is a Datejust from GM factory, featuring a 36mm case. Its most striking attribute is the dial adorned with palm tree leaf patterns. This design is unique for a Rolex Datejust, and it's intriguing yet puzzling to imagine its appeal.

Current Manufacturers and Availability
This Datejust is crafted by GM, currently known for producing the finest Datejust replicas since Noob ceased operations and VS can no longer supply Datejust models. The VS factory has halted production yet again, unable to deliver Rolex or Panerai watches. Some dealers might have limited VS stock, but they come at a premium. Apart from GM, only EW and BP are reliably offering Rolex Datejust watches.

Materials and Craftsmanship
In terms of materials and movement, this watch is top-tier, constructed with genuine 904L stainless steel. The finishing on both the case and bracelet is exceptional. The advancements in finishing techniques for these watches are impressive, making it nearly impossible to distinguish between a replica and an authentic piece. Subtle differences may exist in dial details and engravings, which require a keen eye to detect.

Design and Wearability
The dial's palm tree motif offers a playful touch. While the Datejust is typically seen as a dress watch for formal settings, this version deviates from that norm with its vibrant, olive green dial. The intricate palm leaves obscure the printings, showcasing a new dial style introduced by Rolex. Unlike older Datejust models, this one features a crown logo between “SWISS” and “MADE”. Despite my personal reservations, I believe many would enjoy pairing it with casual attire for a relaxed outing.
