Current Market Overview
With the conclusion of the Chinese New Year holiday, watch factories in China have resumed operations. Despite this, they are slowly releasing stock, likely due to a backlog of orders. For highly sought-after models like the tourbillon watches from JB and the ZF V3 forged carbon Richard Mille, there is a wait time that could extend to one or two months. However, popular models including the Submariner from Noob and VS, the Nautilus from PPF, the Panerai from VS, and the Datejust from GM can be obtained within two days. As the COVID-19 situation remains severe in the United States and Europe, I urge everyone to prioritize their health and well-being by staying safe at home.

Design and Build Quality
The focus today is on a Panerai model from the VS factory: the PAM 1025. Released in December 2020, this replica showcases a stainless steel design, which is a favorite of mine among Panerai watches. Stainless steel models like the PAM 312 and PAM 1312 are particularly timeless and stylish. Unlike these, the PAM 1025 features a nylon strap instead of leather, a choice that doesn't quite resonate with my personal taste.

The watch presents a 44mm brushed case, offering a striking contrast to its polished bezel. With a thickness of 16mm, it might be slightly thicker than the authentic version, but it remains a high-quality 1:1 replica.

Movement and Features
This watch is powered by the VS factory's Super Clone P.9010 movement, which I consider one of their finest creations. The market offers several super clone movements, such as the Super Clone P.9000 from VS and the Super Clone 3135 and 4130 from Noob. The term "Super Clone" implies two things: it denotes a high-quality replica and an independently developed movement that mirrors the genuine article. Each component is precisely replicated and assembled by skilled watchmakers, rather than relying on any existing Chinese or Japanese movements. This super clone movement significantly enhances the appeal of the PAM 1025.

Strap and Personal Preference
As mentioned earlier, the nylon strap is not to my personal liking, even if it might appeal to some. This type of strap design is increasingly being used by Panerai in their recent models, which I have observed frequently. While I might find it suitable on a forged carbon watch, I believe a black leather band would complement the stainless steel case of the PAM 1025 more effectively. What's your take on this?
